Contact form: When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is sent to our team via Slack and email (using Postmark) so we can respond to your inquiry.

A/B testing: We use a cookie (variant) to assign you to a test group for layout experiments. This cookie is set by our site, not a third party, and contains only the value "A" or "B". It expires after 30 days.

Form metadata: We collect the page load timestamp and your IP address with form submissions for spam protection purposes only.

What we don't collect

We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or any third-party data collection tools. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.

How we use your data

• Contact form submissions: Used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your information.
• IP address and timing data: Used for spam and bot detection only.
• A/B test cookie: Used to measure which page layout works better. No personal data is involved.

Third-party services

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our Slack workspace and email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your contact form submission by emailing privacy@expertstudio.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
